• Corrections and explanations on the so-called charts
• Checking tachograph reading dates
• Verifying border crossings by drivers
• Ensuring that data is correct in accordance with the requirements of the mobility package

• Knowledge of working time issues for drivers
• Ability to organise own work
• Experience in a similar position concerning the analysis and/or settlement of drivers' working time
• Possession of analytical skills in the area of transport

Your responsibilities:

• Managing between 8 and 15 cars, with the assistance of a dispatcher
• Verifying the needs of the transport market
• Working at transport exchanges
• Supervising the correct circulation of transport documentation,

• Entering transport orders into the system
• Creating and verifying travel routes
• Controlling the execution of orders by drivers
• Coordinating the work of drivers

Our requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the transport industry and knowledge of driver time accounting (min. 6 months)
• Very good knowledge of the Russian language
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and set priorities

Your responsibilities:

• preparing financial documentation for banking and leasing institutions
• direct contact with financial institutions
• monitoring and supervising the timely execution of payments to banking institutions
• handling business cards (ordering, billing, limiting, blocking)
• verifying company card payments
• preparing reports and statements

Our requirements:

• experience in a similar position for a minimum of one year
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• a degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of secondary education

Your responsibilities:

• constant verification of the company's receivables
• direct contact with the company's business partners, mainly in English
• setting the terms for repayment of debts and their recovery
• clarification of discrepancies in settlements with customers
• creation of reports on the entire recovery process, tasks completed
• contact with the transport and forwarding department
• direct cooperation with external debt collectors and lawyers
• monitoring the credibility of contractors
• taking pre-judicial steps in the event of non-cooperative companies under agreed conditions

Our requirements:

• experience as a debt collector, minimum one year
• English language skills at a level that facilitates smooth communication (foreign customers)
• possession of negotiating skills
• communication skills and assertiveness

Your responsibilities:

• collecting information from drivers on technical matters in vehicles and passing it on to the technical department
• supporting drivers with vehicle maintenance, eventually providing driver training in this area
• providing logistical support for the maintenance of vehicle traffic within the EU
• administrative duties in the office

Our requirements:

• good knowledge of transport, logistics, truck mechanics (experience as a driver desirable)
• good knowledge of driver's hours regulations
• good knowledge of the Russian language (prerequisite)
• basic knowledge of MS EXCEL
• communication skills, self-reliance and good organisation of work
• driving licence cat. B, C+E
